Your First Appointment

Thank you for booking an appointment with Dr Foot Podiatry Clinic! Please check your email and SMS for further updates to your appointment

When you attend for your first Dr Foot Podiatry Clinic appointment, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire which asks for a brief medical history, any allergies, current medication (please bring a copy of your prescription) and your GP details (please bring the name and address of your GP surgery along with the name of your assigned GP).

It is important that this is accurate, as treatment may have to be adjusted depending on the medication you may be taking or your medical history. For certain types of appointments quality of life questionnaires or other bench marking questionnaires and assessments may be used to help your clinician assess the effectiveness of any treatments used.
